Kipnit deducts a 10% platform fee, along with Stripe and tax fees.
4. Public Sharing and Expo
– Projects may appear in Expo (public portfolio).
– Homeowners control visibility of their shared projects.
– Contractors’ completed projects appear in their Expo by default.
5. Dual-Role Use
Users can hold both Homeowner and Contractor roles in one account. Data privacy policies apply to both roles equally.

– OTP login authentication
